1. Who we are

Grok for Closers is run by Starforge Sales LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover your purchase of and participation in the Grok for Closers bootcamp at grokforclosers.com. By buying, you agree to them.

2. What you're buying

A two-week live bootcamp: six live sessions, office hours, a private WhatsApp group, and the bootcamp's bots, prompts and materials. We may adjust the schedule or content. If a session moves, we'll tell you in advance.

3. Price and payment

The price is $1,800, paid in full at checkout. The code EARLYBIRD takes 50% off for the first 25 buyers. Payments are processed by our checkout provider. We don't see or store your card number.

4. What you need

You need your own paid Grok plan from xAI. It isn't included in the price. You're responsible for the cost of Grok and any other tools you connect, and for following their terms.

5. The bots and materials

When you buy, you get a license to use the bots, prompts and materials for your own sales work. You keep them after the bootcamp. You may not resell, share or publish them. We don't promise updates or support after the bootcamp ends.

6. You stay in control

The bots draft. You review and send. You're responsible for everything you send, including following email, texting and privacy laws and your employer's or client's policies.

7. The pays-for-itself guarantee

If you do the work (attend the sessions, install the bots and use them) and the bootcamp hasn't paid you back within 90 days of the bootcamp start date, email us at [email protected] or email Tristan, and we'll refund what you paid. Outside this guarantee, purchases are non-refundable.

8. No earnings promise

Results depend on you, your offer and your market. Testimonials on our site are individual experiences, not typical results or a promise of what you'll earn.

9. Not affiliated with xAI

Grok for Closers is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by xAI. Grok is a trademark of xAI. We don't control Grok and aren't responsible for changes to it, outages or its handling of your data.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the bootcamp. We aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.
